Sales Associate Opportunity
Welcome each customer with genuine warmth and create a thoughtful, personalized shopping experience
Bring an energetic, fun, and flexible personality to the shop environment.
Build meaningful connections by listening closely and guiding customers to the perfect gifts and finds.
Provide elevated product guidance with a strong eye for detail and presentation
Serve as a brand ambassador by sharing the Nest on Mainstreet story, values and unique product offerings
Confidently drive sales while maintaining a high level of product knowledge
Maintain a beautiful, well-merchandised sales floor that reflects the aesthetic and experience of the shop
Accurately and efficiently process transactions through the POS system
Receive, unpack, and thoughtfully merchandise new inventory
Support inventory organization and stock accuracy
Collaborate with the team to create a seamless, welcoming environment and meet daily and weekly goals
Position Details
Part-time, flexible hours.
$15–$17/hour, depending on experience.
Store hours: Monday–Saturday 10–6, Sunday 9–4
Weekend availability is required.
Availability to work occasional store events outside of regular business hours is required.
